CANCELLATION POLICY

At Soul Restyled House, your time, energy, and commitment to yourself are deeply valued — and so is mine. Creating this space together is intentional, and this policy helps honour that exchange.

If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule
Life happens — we get it.

If you need to cancel your appointment, a refund will be issued minus a $10 service fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

If you’re able to reschedule your session instead, there is no fee — your investment simply moves with you into a new time that feels more aligned.

If We Need to Cancel
In the rare case that we need to cancel your appointment and we’re unable to find a new time that works, you will receive a full refund with no fees deducted.

If we can reschedule, your session will be moved with no additional charges.

A Few Things to Note
• The $10 service fee applies only to client-requested cancellations with refunds
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to process, depending on your bank
• By booking, you are agreeing to this policy and the energetic exchange we’re stepping into together
