We begin with a short check-in and grounding meditation, then move into guided exercises and partner practice—helping you build trust in your intuition, explore how it shows up for you, and gain confidence in your inner knowing.
REIKI Practice Lounge
A relaxed, supportive space for Level 1+ practitioners to receive, practice, and deepen their connection to Reiki energy.
We begin with a short check-in and grounding meditation, then move into a hands-on share—exploring how energy flows, building confidence, and becoming more familiar with your own channel. And the best part? Each of us receive healing throughout the evening.
Scheduled the last Saturday of every month from 5-7pm in Willoughby
